It adds proper drawer storage to a bedroom, hallway or dressing area, with a solid top for a lamp, a mirror or framed photos. The Curved Nordic Charm Chest is a mango wood chest of drawers. It features drawer storage, an open shelf for quick-grab items, soft, curved lines and brass-tone accents. If you are shopping for a solid wood chest of drawers or an affordable chest of drawers, it is worth a closer look.
Material and build
This piece is built from 100% solid mango wood rather than veneer or particleboard. Mango is a dense hardwood known for strength and a lively grain, and the natural variations in colour and markings are part of its character. Brass-tone accents add a subtle touch of warmth and polish to the overall design. Drawer storage keeps small items out of sight so the top stays clear for a lamp or decor. The open shelf is handy for books, baskets or anything you want within easy reach.
Durability and care
Solid wood is sturdy by nature and can be maintained or refinished over time, which is why it tends to outlast board-based furniture. It is designed for indoor use. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat sources to help the finish last.
Where it fits in your home
In a guest room or spare room it provides storage for visitors and spare bedding. In a living room or dining room it can store table linens, board games and other items you want close but out of sight. In a hallway or entryway it can hold scarves, gloves, hats and bags, with the top serving as a landing spot for keys and mail. Its compact size makes it a smart pick for small apartments, condos and tight corners. At 28 in wide and 28 in tall, it is a sensible size for most standard rooms.
Styles it pairs with
Contemporary, minimalist and organic modern interiors all suit it well. Its soft shapes balance straight-edged sofas and beds and work well in a mix of shapes.
