The Avora Mini Wall-Mounted Chestnut 1 Drawer Nightstand is a mango wood nightstand with a rich chestnut finish. It features a floating, wall-mounted design that keeps the floor clear and 1 drawer. Set beside the bed, it handles the everyday jobs of a bedside table: lamp, alarm clock, reading glasses and a spot to charge your phone. If you are shopping for a floating nightstand with drawer or a solid wood nightstand, it is worth a closer look.
Material and build
Solid mango wood is a dense, hard-wearing hardwood with a distinctive grain. Because it is a natural material, every piece carries its own variations in tone, grain and small natural marks, so no two are exactly alike. Pieces in this collection are handcrafted, so small differences in finish and detail are normal and part of the charm. Because it floats off the floor, you can vacuum underneath and the room feels more open. Drawer storage keeps small items out of sight so the top stays clear for a lamp or decor.
Durability and care
With normal care, solid wood furniture can last for many years, and small marks can be sanded and refinished if needed. This piece is intended for indoor use. Use coasters and trivets under hot or wet items, and wipe up spills promptly.
Where it fits in your home
In the bedroom it sits comfortably beside a single, double or queen-size bed, so you can reach a lamp or a book without getting up. In a guest room it gives visitors a place for a glass of water and a phone without crowding the space. In a small apartment or studio it earns its place by adding surface and storage without a large footprint. Mounted on the wall, it frees up floor space, makes cleaning underneath easy and helps smaller rooms feel more open. At 12 in wide, it fits into narrow spots where larger pieces will not.
Styles it pairs with
Transitional, Scandinavian and modern farmhouse interiors all suit it well. Its warm wood tone pairs easily with neutral walls, linen textiles and black or brass hardware.
