Large Chestnut Curve Upper Slot Floating Bedside

It gives you a stable place for a lamp, a book and a glass of water, with your phone charger and nightly essentials kept within arm’s reach. The Large Chestnut Curve Upper Slot Floating Bedside is a mango wood nightstand with a rich chestnut finish. It features a floating, wall-mounted design that keeps the floor clear, 1 drawer, an open shelf for quick-grab items and soft, curved lines. If you are shopping for a floating nightstand with drawer or a solid wood nightstand, it is worth a closer look.

Material and build

The frame is solid mango wood throughout. It is a heavy, close-grained hardwood that holds a finish well, and mango is often chosen as a sustainable option because the trees are harvested after their fruit-bearing years are over. Because it floats off the floor, you can vacuum underneath and the room feels more open. Drawer storage keeps small items out of sight so the top stays clear for a lamp or decor.

Durability and care

Built from solid timber rather than thin panels, it is made for regular daily use. It is intended for indoor use only. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from heat sources to help the finish last.

Where it fits in your home

In the bedroom it sits comfortably beside a single, double or queen-size bed, so you can reach a lamp or a book without getting up. Next to a daybed, armchair or reading corner it doubles as a compact side table for a cup of tea and a book. In a guest room it gives visitors a place for a glass of water and a phone without crowding the space. Mounted on the wall, it frees up floor space, makes cleaning underneath easy and helps smaller rooms feel more open. At 18 in wide and 10 in tall, it is a sensible size for most standard rooms.

Styles it pairs with

Contemporary, mid-century modern and organic modern interiors all suit it well. Its soft shapes balance straight-edged sofas and beds and work well in a mix of shapes.
