The Gridline Bench is a seating bench featuring leather. It gives you somewhere to sit and put on shoes, drop a bag or add extra seating when guests visit. If you are shopping for an entryway bench or a bench entryway, it is worth a closer look.
Material and build
This piece is made from quality materials chosen for durability and good looks in everyday use. The leather elements add a tactile, lived-in contrast to the wood and develop a natural patina with use. Pieces in this collection are handcrafted, so small differences in finish and detail are normal and part of the charm.
Durability and care
It is built for regular daily use and is intended for indoor use. For leather areas, dust with a dry cloth and condition occasionally to keep the surface supple.
Where it fits in your home
In an entryway or hallway it provides a spot to sit and put on shoes, with room for bags or baskets alongside. In a mudroom or porch it gives you a spot to sit while changing footwear. At the end of a bed it adds a place to sit while dressing and a styling surface for a folded throw or cushions. At 44 in wide and 24 in tall, it is a sensible size for most standard rooms.
Styles it pairs with
Eclectic, modern farmhouse and rustic interiors all suit it well. Its leather and wood combination suits dark metals, wool throws and bold, earthy colours.
