Meet the Spindle One Drawer Side Table: an affordable mango wood side table. It features 1 drawer, soft, curved lines and turned spindle detailing. It sits beside a sofa or armchair and holds a drink, a lamp or a book exactly where you need it. If you are shopping for an end table or a side table with shelves, it is worth a closer look.
Material and build
The frame is solid mango wood throughout. It is a heavy, close-grained hardwood that holds a finish well, and mango is often chosen as a sustainable option because the trees are harvested after their fruit-bearing years are over. Pieces in this collection are handcrafted, so small differences in finish and detail are normal and part of the charm. Drawer storage keeps small items out of sight so the top stays clear for a lamp or decor. Soft curves mean fewer sharp corners, which is welcome in tight bedrooms and busy hallways.
Durability and care
Built from solid timber rather than thin panels, it is made for regular daily use. It is intended for indoor use only. Use coasters and trivets under hot or wet items, and wipe up spills promptly.
Where it fits in your home
Grouped with a coffee table, it adds layered height and extra surface to a seating area. Next to an armchair in a reading corner it provides a surface for a book and a cup of tea. In a bedroom it can double as a bedside table or sit beside a bench or chaise. Its compact size makes it a smart pick for small apartments, condos and tight corners. At 18 in wide and 24 in tall, it is a sensible size for most standard rooms.
Styles it pairs with
Transitional, traditional and vintage-inspired interiors all suit it well. Its classic detailing blends with antiques, patterned rugs and richly coloured walls.
